I never enjoyed yoga and could never get into it, until I discovered Untamed Yoga! Now I never miss a Saturday session. The classes are welcoming, energising and have completely changed my view on yoga. Highly recommend!

I have been lucky enough to experience these incredible yoga classes with Ariana. Not only has it increased my movement of my body, these classes have also brought such peace and grounding into my life.
