Brandon was absolutely top-notch to work with. He was honest, straightforward, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to clearly explain the next steps without ever trying to upsell me or push unnecessary repairs. It’s refreshing to find someone in the auto repair world who’s genuinely looking out for their customers and not just trying to make a buck. I highly recommend Brandon and Untamed Transmissions — I’ll definitely be coming back if I ever need work done again.
Brandon was amazing to work with, he is incredibly smart, honest, and upfront about everything. He rebuilt the transmission in my truck and upon further inspection let me know that there were a few things needing to be dealt with to avoid another ruined trans, and some things I could do to help the performance of my old truck. He was fair priced, great with communication and had the truck done a lot faster than I expected. I’ll definitely continue using him in the future.
