Althea takes a very inclusive approach — anyone can do yoga, and you don't have to do it “perfectly” to benefit. This has helped shift my mindset about what yoga can look and feel like. (Stop judging yourself. Just show up on the mat!) The gentle yoga Althea has been leading us through has been wonderfully peaceful, restorative, and also invigorating. I can’t wait for the next session!
