I’m writing this review to let anyone who is hurting or having a hard time know, that Lauren is a wonderful and gentle person. I was having an incredibly hard time in the darkest time of my life. Lauren helped me through this time, gently and never letting go of my hand. Through it all I had gotten stronger and was fully able to recover. Most of all lauren taught me to never be afraid to ask for help, and what is was like to be loved again.

I highly recommend. Dr. Sparks. She is knowledgeable in integrative ways of working. I was part of one of her groups in Austin, TX and found her to be caring and skilled. She's a great listener and when you talk to her, you feel seen.

Dr. Sparks is someone who really puts you at ease and you simply feel like you are just having a conversation together. One of the things that I love the most about her is that she is fully present with you. She is an exceptional listener and an advocate for you! I recently referred a very difficult family to Dr. Sparks, and within two weeks she had made more progress with them than I had in two years. And after recently checking in with the two parents in the family I was pleased to find that both of them refer to her as "the best therapist they have ever had". Plus both are very fond of her.
