I have been calling and emailing asking for an updated link for the hearing tests results. I have yet to speak to a live person, left messages and stressed how I need the report for my ENT visit. Been 5 days of my reaching out with no response. Emails have gone unanswered. Not a great way to encourage me to return for hearing aids after I meet with the ENT.
We had a referral from his doctor 3 months ago....finally I get a call that they are to busy...why 3 months ago didn't I get a phone call...I sure hope other patients are treated better
Ann Marie is the best specialist in the industry. Her and her friendly team have helped me understand my 3 year olds lack of speech and is currently working with him and me to help get him talking. There observation windows are great. But seriously, Ann Marie never judged me, explained everything and has provided me with positive assurance that my baby is ok. Words can't express my appreciation for her and her team.
