Friendly staff efficient as well. Doctors and students are both knowledgeable and caring. Willing to take the time to address your concerns.
I have been calling and emailing asking for an updated link for the hearing tests results. I have yet to speak to a live person, left messages and stressed how I need the report for my ENT visit. Been 5 days of my reaching out with no response. Emails have gone unanswered. Not a great way to encourage me to return for hearing aids after I meet with the ENT.
