Quick appointments, very short wait once time of appointment arrives, compassionate, friendly and terrific care!
At first they seemed great. 1) dr are friendly, but because they are teachers, so most of the time they seem not to care. They listen to the problem then instead of attempting to do the work and figuring out the problem they send you to a specialist... HOWEVER, the referals never go through. If they do go through you never get notified. 2) their automated service is aweful. There is always something broken. Eventually you get a human, but no matter what's in the notes you provide... the staff and doctors never read the notes... read more
These doctors cause me to lose my pain management doctor. They were going back on 4th on who is going to work on my short-term disability and because they had to talk with my pain management doctor whatever was said she got upset and drop me. There is a different doctor every time I come here and none of them seem to know what's going on. If you want a real doctor you need that relationship and here you're just another person.
This has been the worst clinic I’ve went to by far the doctor is great but they don’t respond they are not good with reaching out nor good with referrals unfortunately I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.
Overall I've been very happy with HSC family medicine since I started using them for my PCP about 2 years ago. NP McKee has taken excellent care of me and been very willing to work with me on how to handle different health concerns. My only complaint, as others have mentioned, is sometimes it does feel impossible to get a live body on the phone, or a returned call. However, lately I've had much better luck with getting people on the phone quickly and having whatever I need handled on the spot.
