Absolutely terrible. They will not refill any prescriptions you bring from another primary care doctor even though they scan them in the system. If they don’t prescribe them, they won’t refill them. Save your time and money. Avoid this family practice. We are very disappointed in their customer service. I have filed a compliant with Cigna as well. They would not even refill my Flonase, because another Doctors office prescribed it. Makes no sense at all.
I was called by Rosa Amaya because the pediatric floor sent to my 17 year old son's info to them as a referral. I express to her that my son had recently been in the ICU and the hospital for over a week and needed to follow up, have a med check, and just generally be seen by a doctor after his hospital stay. She told me that she could not promise any kind of med check or med step down on the first appointment. Horrible!!! No professionalism or care by anyone on the second floor!!!! Find someone else who takes your health seriously
