Missed one appointment due to unforseen circumstances, rang up to try and re-book and they took me off their system. Was asked to email them to tell them the situation and they might be able to put me back on. That was over a month ago and no reply, they really dont care.
Absolutely disgusting management looking at a patient as a number. Just care how to make money. The actual dantist is lovely and doing good job
Never will I go back to this dentist, I had a few cavities and I could not find a dentist due to covid. Kept asking me am I on drugs because I have a few cavities I kept saying no he kept repeating it. I’ve never took drugs! Very very rude, speaking down to me like they are better than me. I said I have a few biscuits with my tea now and then he then replied what the full packet I started to cry he said nothing never come to this dentist it should be shut down.
