I joined the membership this February. The group fitness classes here are excellent, and booking classes on the website is very convenient. I love the vibe here. The coaches here are really nice, Alex, Gyles, Coen…… There are many other trainers whose names I can’t quite remember, but they are all very enthusiastic! HIIT and Strength classes are the ones I often take. I really love this place! ABT Women is another class I frequently attend, and I also enjoy swimming here. In short, this place is fantastic—highly recommended!
Very disappointed with the equipment maintenance/replacement. Too many out of order for too long.
The gym offers some great classes, Prakriti’s especially are always good vibes and a good workout!!
I rejoined UNSW Gym after a long absence in September 2025. I was overweight at 105kg, which resulted in hypertension, and I was on medication to reduce my high blood pressure. I weighed myself this morning at 89.5kg. That is over 15kg lost since I started! This achievement is a result of pure dedication and perseverance, aided by training at the best facility with friendly staff and a great environment.
