Joan is AMAZING! After dealing with Combat PTSD and depression for the past 14 years, I finally found relief with Joan at Unstuck Living. I've tried just about every therapy and medication under the sun, to no avail. Just two sessions with Joan, my anxiety reduced, I'm sleeping better, I haven't had a nightmare, and my mood has improved. Joan is the hypnotherapist there and with no judgment she listens to your story so she's knows how to better help your situation and the scenery is very relaxing, very welcoming. something I've noticed with hypnotherapy is it's a lot of visualizing and I've always said visualization is key. but she made two hours feel like 45 minutes and this is the next day after having had hypnotherapy just yesterday and I feel like I have a better grasp of what I went in for.
