Just had my septic system pumped because the breaker was not turned on to pump my septic uphill to the sewer lines.  Had plumber, septic tank pumped and individual to check electricity . Now it is the air conditioner.  Last night my house was set on 65 and thermostat says it is 82.  I have two units and this happened last night.  Of course AC problems are only warranted for the first year.  Heating and air conditioning individual will be here Thursday between 11 and 1.  Did I say I am 76. I have lived in my house Unshakeable Builders built for 15 months. It was actually completed in January 2023, but I could not bear to move from Raleigh until November 2023. Unshakeable Builders gives you a budget and that is it and anything over you pay for yourself. I knew that I did not have the appliances I wanted, because my project manager said Unshakeable Builders did not use those appliances. They were Hotpoint which was as close to GE as I could get. A class action lawsuit is being initiated and will be filed against unshakable builders for fraud, negligence, deceptive sales practices, breach of contract. Their homes were supposed to be covered by a home warranty, provided by quality builders, yet they refuse to honor it. My home was placed on a property that they purchased, where they failed to grade the property properly before adding a crawispace and building this garbage home.
