I have been working with Unseen Fencing for a decade now and they have been wonderful about both the initial installation as well as the ongoing maintenance of my fence through multiple dogs. They go above and beyond in terms of their reliability and customer service. Their heart is definitely in what they do and it is obvious they care for their clients both canine and human alike. Burnie is incredibly knowledgeable, approachable and kind! We were first time invisible fence and dog owners and he was readily available to answer our questions and take care of any issues that we ran into. We had a couple of wires come out of the ground after install and Burnie was quick to come out and get those buried again. I'd highly recommend Unseen Fencing of KY to anyone looking for fencing needs!
Burnie with Unseen Fencing has been so easy to work with. From my first contact with getting an exact quote to installation and training. He’s always been available for any questions I’ve had about programming the fence’s field and intensity. When needed, he made it no problem to come out for personal service. Burnie is the best. We had a problem and he came by the same day even though it was after business hours. Highly recommend him - he installed our fence years ago and has always been extremely helpful providing service or replacement collars. I would give him 10 stars if I could!!!
Very professional and personable. On time. Took time to interview us on site to determine our needs. Determined that pre-existing system, which he had installed was still viable, with small repair, which saved hundreds of dollars. Would recommend highly to friends and family.
