Rick has THE BEST customer service! He saved the day under the wire and made the impossible happen for me. My family has a mom & pop shop in Noe Valley, San Francisco we desperately needed to fix our window storefront in less than 24 hours in time for a CBS interview. Rick is not only a gentleman but a master craftsman in his field. I’m so lucky I came across him because he’s a perfectionist and truly passionate about doing great work (a rare find). He’s the type of guy you hope you got placed next to at the bar because not only will he tell you about the art of glass restoration but also some funny stories along the way.
