Unruly is hands down one of the most fun and motivating fitness communities I’ve ever been part of. The coaches bring amazing energy every session, the workouts are challenging but always adaptable, and there’s such a supportive vibe from everyone in the room. You don’t just get fitter here—you actually look forward to coming in, having a laugh, and pushing yourself in a really positive environment. Simply the best place to get stronger, fitter, and happier. Highly recommended!

Small gym with a big heart, and a welcoming and inclusive environment. The team knows every member - not just their name, but their bodies and their goals. Very respectful and professional environment - everything runs on time and machines are new and clean! What sets this gym apart from others is the team - they truly care about each member and have systems and programmes in place to ensure everyone has the support needed to succeed. Alex is hugely knowledgeable in dealing with complex shoulder rehabilitation. I have noticed a huge improvement in my strength and mobility since undertaking PT sessions with him and would recommend him to anyone dealing with shoulder injuries or rehabilitation.

I’ve been having PT sessions with Alexander at Unruly for a few years now. He always mixes things up and I never get bored. He understands my body and it’s challenges and adjust things specifically for me. I’m so much stronger than two years ago, have vastly improved movement and stability , my posture is great and the pain I used to get in my hips has gone. I also appreciate his sense of humour, curiosity and compassion. Would definitely recommend.
