Unresponsive to calls and emails. Needed him to digitally sign and seal solar panel plans he originally stamped and sealed. Wouldn’t answer my calls and e-mails, the manufacturer’s calls and e-mails, or my installers calls and e-mails. I’m stuck having to use a different product and it’s going to cost me more than my initial installation.
I am a homeowner and was trying to find an expert that could help me get stamped drawings to get a permit. Darcy was professional and incredibly responsive. We were in regular communication and he always replied immediately. Great customer service with a product that passed permitting on the first try.
