Great gym with fabulous people and plenty of equipment. I recommend Audhrey for personal training. I have been seeing progress and she has been mindful of an injury/surgery that I had. She gives feedback every session and really watches my form to make sure I am being as safe as possible. As someone who has not lifted before I have never felt intimidated here.
This gym is an absolute hidden gem in North Canton. 24 hour access, affordable, and all the equipment you need for great workouts. They do personal training as well. Justin was pivotal in helping me get back into working out again, and I was able to learn proper technique that I had no idea I was doing wrong for so many years. Again, a great gym!
Amazing facility, amazing staff. They have stuff for strongman, powerlifting, and CrossFit, and for just casual lifting! I highly recommend this place and talk about it any chance I get!!
