I can't thank Ivan enough for the outstanding service he provided! Ivan replaced a downspout that had incurred some damage. Though it was a small job, Ivan treated the job like an important one. He was quick to respond to emails and phone calls, and provided a written estimate within the same day. One day before he was scheduled to do the work, he communicated his schedule and asked what time would be most convenient for me.
