Chuck is incredibly knowledgeable about everything they sell; he was patient, listened to our needs, and offered several great seating options. He took the time to explain the benefits of each chair, making it a stress-free experience to figure out which one we liked best. We ended up taking two! We definitely recommend visiting UNRC for any office furnishing needs.
Chuck is really helpful. I had an issue with the elbow pads on my chair and Chuck went out of his way to help me. It's nice to see that great customer service still exists.
