I had an L5-S1 fusion 3 years ago and afterwards my legs and feet went numb. I talked with Heather about this and she knew just what to do to help. She was amazing and I could feel things loosen up as she worked on me. I had a long drive home and normally have cramps in the back of my knee and charley horses in my calf from driving. I went to Heather when I had back pain so fierce that it was keeping me up all night long. She not only targeted my back pain but also found a muscle group that was the root cause of the pain as well. I highly recommend her to my friends all the time.
I can't say enough wonderful things about Heather. She gives the best massages I have ever gotten. She is so intune with your body and where you have issues, even as far as personal things you are struggling with. It's amazing! Every movement is made with intention down to the removal of a towel that she slowly slides from you back. You have to experience it for yourself!
Absolutely the best massage and overall healing I've experienced!
