I cannot thank the crew at UP Fremont enough. I had been fighting tire wear, alignment issues, and a loud clunk in the rear right for months. Tesla service had the car for several days but never ended up investigating the issue i brought it in for. Unplugged immediately knew where to look and during the alignment service, found multiple issues with the toe arm and upper control arms. Brought in a Model 3 for a shock leaking after using Unplugged Performance Coilovers and was blown away by the speedy service. I was greeted promptly at the door and I provided a summary of the experience I had with the car.
