It was my first time dining here. The food was okay, but unfortunately the service was mediocre. The staff came across as snarky and seemed unhappy to be there, which made the experience feel unwelcoming. Sadly, it affected the overall dining experience. I'm not sure I'd recommend it based on this visit. I hope customer service improves, as it would make a big difference.
Always love the food and service when we go! We've also done all the escape rooms, and are looking forward to more.
A great place to play games with friends!
My daughter and I went to Unplugged on a Sunday, and arrived shortly after they opened. We opened a new game, and played for a few hours. The price was amazing, compared to what we usually pay at home in Ontario. We enjoyed the food and atmosphere, and the staff was great! We left as it was getting busy. We will absolutely be back when we return to Fredericton!!
We love unplugged for family game nights!
