Over $8,500 in damage to my vehicle, not mentioned when they pulled my vehicle around. They did assist me once i pointed out my dangling tail light. However, their claims department is very difficult to work with, and will not take phone calls. I ended up submitting insurance claim through my own insurance for them to work out. It went to collections and they didn't pay. I would not recommend this company.

Unparralled Parking turned an unfortunate event into somehthing praiseworthy. I used the valet service downtown MPLS and my brands new vehicle was damaged. The valet person was upfront and already had details on next steps when he returned my vehicle after my dinner. I had a conversation with the manager and he helped me get in touch with the claims department and from there they made this process as simple as possible. I am appreciative of the quick service. They were able to restore my trust in valet services.

5-Star service all around! Unparalleled came though for us in a matter of hours to provide valet for an important event that coincided with an unexpected snowstorm. We offered valet last minute to accommodate guests and had a great turn-out. Many people said the only reason they came was because we sent out notice we would have free valet. Note to self: ALWAYS offer valet for important events! Valet was extremely polite and professional. Highly recommend!
