By far my favourite Italian place in Newcastle! Exceptional every time!
We visited Uno’s on a Tuesday evening after making a reservation. Upon arrival you could see it was a popular place with plenty of people in so a reservation was probably recommended. We were taken through the restaurant and seated and left with the menus. There is an excellent selection of dishes on the menu something to suit all. I popped in for coffee+cake between town engagements, and was really impressed by the fabulous quality of the desserts (pistachio cake with a pistachio liqueur!) and a proper little macchiato. I'd been away for an expensive conference earlier in the week, and Uno's was the best and nicest food I had all week :) really glad they were open in late afternoon, staff were great - and the phone signal's not great downstairs, so what's not to like! Would really recommend - was a lovely treat.
