Bought a $76 vacuum attachment from these guys and after using it for 2 minutes I realized it was gonna do the job. So today I contact them to return it and he tells me it needs to be new/unused condition...so I guess I was supposed to be able to see that it wasn’t gonna work just by looking at it. I guess we’ll have to see what the BBB has to say about it.
