UPDATE: Finally refunded after numerous calls, text, and was about to fly over to his home. That's how ridiculous it was. He's too busy with other clients and you are Low priority. Who waits for an exhaust for 1 and a half years after putting 50% down. I have waited since August 2018 for an exhaust and manifold. He needed 50% upfront and gladly sent it to him.
