Mushroom pizza was runny and the waitress wasnt good at all.

we are normally in the bar area and we have never had a bad experience. great service and great food! deep dish pizza and bread pudding all day!
Awful! I don't think the fans were on in the kitchen so the entire restaurant filled with smoke. They opened the door near the kitchen but it was about 6 ft from our table. It's only 19 degrees outside, I was freezing! We had a party of 22 BUT the rest of the restaurant was pretty empty. Slow service and unfortunately I think the two people working were new. I ordered a pizza that was delivered under cooked. I called they replaced it. It was still under cooked. A soggy mess. Very little to no sauce also.
Bar service is terrible. Bartender is overwhelmed making every customer feel like an inconvenience, using the excuse "I'm so busy, so much going on..." I feel bad, severely understaffed.
$80 for 3 personal size pizzas (basic toppings) 2 sodas, 2 beers, an 2 appetizers. Pizza was less then o.k., hardly Chicago style. Mozzarella sticks were typical. Not very satisfied for what we paid!
