rude building manager and concierge
Poor security and management system.
Staff are extremely rude - I have never encountered this where the building staff are rude and hostile to the people that live there.
I had an unfortunate experience with the building manager, whose behavior was unprofessional and discourteous. Their attitude was dismissive, and I felt that basic respect and courtesy were lacking. Additionally, I observed concerning behaviors that could be seen as racially insensitive. I believe that a more respectful, inclusive, and professional approach is necessary for anyone in this role.
