I asked for simple layers with face framing, even showed the woman pictures of what I wanted. Came home with a large chunk of hair missing in the front, completely uneven from the other side. The bottom was totally uneven and choppy, it's extremely noticeable. My hair is also inches shorter than what I asked for! Not happy at all, I wish I wouldn't have paid. Pam is the stylist for my wife and I. She does a great job on coloring my wife's hair and cutting mine. We have been using Pam for almost 20 years (through 3 salons) and have always had a great experience.
I really enjoy going here because the staff is great and always in a good mood and very helpful to help decide what is best for your hair...Since I've been coming here I get many compliments on my hair with the styling and the color and I tell them I go to the Uno Hair Design and see the stylist Patty and they say she does a excellent job and I agree...
