Unfortunately the detail work that was done here came out horrible and was not worth the price paid. Took longer than was originally told because they messed up one too many times! Absolute Mickey Mouse job! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on any detail work at this so called place of business!!!!!!!!!! Good luck!
do not go to this shop, this guy does not know what they doing, they dont know how to paint, and customer service is horrible. they over sprayed my wheels, the chrome, the windows. never again.
Roberto is the absolute best! I was on the Mass Pike when suddenly multiple emergency lights came on at once. We found Uno online and Roberto said he could look at the car first thing in the morning. That in itself was a big relief; he was so kind and empathic over the phone. When I brought the car in, he and his team gave it a thorough look-over, took it out on the highway to see if they could recreate the problem, then ran the computer diagnostics. We broke down with a flat tire. AAA was a 1.5 hour wait. Walked over to Uno and they helped right away. A mechanic walked back to our truck, removed a 4 inch screw from the tire and plugged the tire. Had us drive a very short distance to UNO’s garage to get air and made sure the plug held. Everyone at UNO was super nice
Your mileage may vary, but I had a good experience. Had a flat tire, and decided to give it a try. The boss was not in, but the mechanic was friendly and immediately worked on it. No fuss. Found a screw in the tire, and took it out. In and out in 30 minutes. I guess I was lucky.
