I have been a patient here for years. The whole clinic is wonderful. I have never had an issue with them. If I cannot see my PCP the clinic will get me in with a different provider. Whatever helps me in the long run I’m okay with it.
Worst clinic ever, first picked up the phone after long 10 minutes of hold even i was the first one in a queue. Second time i called them they just put me on hold and never answered.
The care I receive when I get there is great, but it's impossible to get anyone on the phone, even when they make mistakes on my prescriptions that I desperately need them to correct. Also very irritating that they bill visits at this CLINIC as outpatient hospital visits, so I have to pay like 8x more than I would a regular doctor visit.
I'm a local HH provider attempting to communication w/ a patients PCP. I was on hold for an hour and hung up on twice. I can't imagine how my patients feel trying to call their PCPs. Very dissapointed.
front desk clerks have no manners and gossip ranther than attend to patients. this has been an invidious problem for years. they're is little to no accountability for their behaviors. some of the medical assistants are also rude. the RNs and some Dr's are great however , but usually extremely late. Do better UNM!
