This review is about Liz the eye triage tech. If you splatter something in your eye or have something poke you in the eye she will get you in. If you have something else like an eye disease or other eye emergency she will tell you it is not an emergency and it might be like mine. Self pay if you have to and go somewhere else. Liz can diagnose over the phone and suggest eye drops. A doctor needs to look into the eyes to diagnose, but Liz the tech doesn’t. 2-4 hour wait time after an appointment time is normal. They don’t have a great facility. If you have an eye accident with a splash or something stabs it the eye tech Liz will understand but if it us an eye disease or urgent non trauma she doesn’t and I would advise you to trust your gut and even self pay so there is not permanent damage due to Liz thinking it is nothing and not even documenting the call. Take your time elsewhere. I have been waiting over a month to have an issue treated. The first resident I was put with didn’t follow the correct visit order so I was not treated. The second visit I was waiting 30+ minutes from my appointment time only to be told they were running an additional hour late. Of course that was not communicated to me until I walked up to the receptionist and asked what the delay was. I just brought my mom in for her eye surgery. The staff was incredibly friendly the building is immaculately clean the bathrooms are immaculately clean. My mom's favorite thing was that the doctor explained everything that she was doing while she was doing it. Her surgery was perfect! Thank you everyone for taking such good care of my mom
