If the eye triage tech doesn’t let you in and you suffer eye damage get an attorney immediately. Liz needs to be sued if she triages incorrectly and you have a retina detachment. Don’t bother with unm get an attorney immediately. She does fill out the documents correctly for triage. There are missing parts of information in forms. Sometimes she just guessed and told me to get readers or allergy eye drops. Let her know you are documenting the date and time you spoke with her and that she diagnosed you as ok. Until they have an AI check in for emergencies be careful. An AI could follow the triage sheet better than a person. If they automate things it will go better and faster. This review is about Liz the eye triage tech. If you splatter something in your eye or have something poke you in the eye she will get you in. If you have something else like an eye disease or other eye emergency like a detached retina you are out of luck. she will tell you it is not an emergency and it might be like mine. Self pay if you have to and go som... read more

I have sustained permanent severe damage to my eyes thanks to Liz and t... read more

2-4 hour wait time after an appointment time is normal. They don’t have a great facility. If you have an eye accident with a splash or something stabs it the eye tech Liz will understand but if it us an eye disease or urgent non trauma she doesn’t and I would advise you to trust your gut and even self pay so there is not permanent damage due to Liz thinking it is nothing and not even documenting the call. I cannot believe they allow her to diagnose over the phone as a nurse and doctor have to see the eye to diagnose. But Liz... read more
