As the seller of a property, I have never once in my life had to get involved with the buyer's mortgage broker until today. United Northern is the most unprofessional, incompetent, disrespectful company / set of brokers you can ever work with. Worst experience i felt like they lied through mortgage process Monica DeJesus, Jessica Cuba and Vivian Castillo did not returns call to realtor, title company and myself. Yesterday was advised by realtor that deal fell through because they did not file proper extension paperwork.
