The individual who does X-rays always has a terrible attitude. Very demanding and unprofessional. The lack of basic customer service is insane. MICHELLE MERRETT is another individual who is extremely unprofessional. Each time I’ve seen her she doesn’t listen to anything I have to say. She’s always in a rush since she’s always behind. I had a DEXA scan for severe osteoporosis. The girl was very nice, and explained everything to me. It was my first one, so I did not know what to expect. I had this done at the OSIS center. I was very happy that it was a nice experience.
Dr Modhia's back surgery left me with FBSS. The after surgery care was horrendous and non caring. I was left in extreme pain without the function of my left arm which still has not fully gained pre surgery ROM. The surgery was done on upper spine when all my pain was in lower back which did nothing to resolve any of my lower back problems. I was never given the option to burn the nerves which looking back would have been the option I would have taken. Dr Morell done surgery on my wrist and im worse than when I 1st got injured. His diagnosis after surgery was putting his fingers around my wrist and saying oh your good. What kind of bs is that. My hand and wrist are still in pain and swollen. He refuses to see me or talk to me. Doctors are not what they once were
