Dr Jay Zhu, is excellent, great research, consultation, bedside manner,communication, surgical skills and empathetic. 5 year's ago i had a hiatal hernia repair that was done incorrectly by another surgeon. After the surgery I had disphysia. I had 3 endoscopy. 1 had on at 20 mm that lasted 4 months to help with swallowing. 2nd one only lasted 2 days. And the 3rd one at 40mm only lasted two days. Dr. Jay Zhu is an excellent surgeon!! There isn't a superlative that does him justice. My husband's surgical outcome exceeded our expectations. Dr. Zhu's kind bedside manner and thorough explanation of the process put us right at ease. The post-op recovery was a breeze with only slight discomfort for the first day. My husband was out of bed and back on his feet in no time.
Dr Rai is an excellent surgeon and Dr. He performed 3 surgeries on me a lifesaving loop illeostomy and two reversals (one for each stoma). He has an exceptional bedside manner and goes above and beyond for his patients and truly cares. He is the best at what he does.
I was referred here for a minor but important surgery. I had my doctor fax the referral to them twice and they could never "find" it. Then I literally walked it over to the office that they directed me to and handed the referral to them. They said it would be 4-6 weeks before they could even have the initial consultation. I called 6 weeks later and they could still not "find" the referral. I had the exact same thing happen over at Lovelace. After 3 1/2 months of not being given the time of day in New Mexico, I gave up and ca... read more
