This eye associates group has a real shitty scheduling department. They don't call or text ahead to alert you to appointments made months out. Don't try to work people in if they miss an appointment. Not friendly over the phone.
I got a full hysterectomy in December and had NO after care, was treated like I annoyed them and didn't get into physical therapy for the surgery until an entire year later. I have life long problems because of how badly they did the surgery and how terribly it healed. They will help you with NOTHING. DO NOT HAVE SURGERY HERE. I REGRET IT EVERY SINGLE DAY OF MY LIFE.

I had a referral for a breast reduction. I'd already been green lit by another surgeon before finding out he was out of network for my insurance. After two months of waiting, I was told that they wouldn't even let me in the front doors for a consultation because of my bmi with no way to appeal that decision. I understand not wanting to tell me you're fat phobic in person (because there's nothing else about my health that would make me ineligible for surgery) but they didn't even call me. *I* had to call *them* to find out.
