Me and my wife took our soon to be 2 month old daughter her to be seen for a high fever. When we go to check in they told us it would be a 6+ hour wait!!! Excuse me??? We tell the staff that it is an emergency. They responded that they get 2 day old baby's running high fevers and THEY ARE NOT A PRIORITY EITHER!!! Now that is sad, they got there values backwards!! This place is great was in and out super fast which is rear and the Dr was great Thank you!
How this hospital only has 3.7 stars is an anomaly to me. They gave me and my family the 5 star treatment for sure. Everyone we interacted with from the front desk to the physicians were SO FRIENDLY, KIND, AND CARING. And while in the waiting room I witnessed a lot of other patients being treated with empathy and care as well. Highly recommend.
