Appointment scheduled 2 weeks ago for my brother-in-law who lives in Roswell. A confimation call was received Friday afternoon for his Monday morning appointment. He can't walk, and is in terrible pain. He and my sister drive from Roswell to Rio Rancho on Sunday afternoon. The trip was extremely difficult and painful for my brother-in-law. They arrive at 3:30, and get a phone call from the Center at 4:00 pm saying the appointment has been cancelled because there are no providers available.
