Should not have taken buckets and brushes from attendants. I like to reward those who do their job completely and taking the buckets away took some of the earning potential away from your employees.
Probably need too add interior cleaning materials such as cleaning towels and cleaning spray to make it more convenient to clean inside of car.
I came to mister car wash in Hampton Ga and Mr Zack showed me great customer service he was very respectfull and understanding and most off helpful it made Friday go great thank too Mister Carwash
