I booked an appointment online and received a confirmation phone call, text and 2 emails confirming my appointment. I even took off work. At my appointment time the preparer was not even there because she was not told about the appointment and is virtual only. Very disappointing experience and I can’t put my trust into a business that can’t even schedule a client correctly.
Kyntasha process my taxes and I gotta say I was throughly impressed. Not only did she take the time to itemize but I don’t owe and actually look forward to receiving a refund. I can’t say thanks enough. I will be filing with Kyntasha going forward and recommend her to everyone!!!
