This BUSINESS IS TERRIBLE! They charge too much to file Anyway & THEN ON TOP OF THAT THEY TAKE MORE THAN WHAT YOU AGREED ON ! The communication is terrible. They never answer the phone and two years in a row I have found out they have been taking More money than what we agreed . These two years they have Charged me **** just to file with them. I referred so many people thinking they were good THEY NEED TO BE CLOSED DOWN ! THEY ARE SO FRAUD !

Bad for business, not perfessional at all , the are fraud . I wouldn't recommend you giving them none of your information .they forging signatures and taking over 35 percent of your taxes. Please save yourself and go to perfessionals that you can trust because my experience with them was horrible now I have to wait on my taxes because they mess up
