Delivery and communication was a disaster! They were supposed to arrive between 9am-10am and did not show up until after 2pm. The owner called me at 10am to inform me they were going to be late and said she would call the crew and let me know a time either by phone or text. She NEVER called me back. Unlimited Stone Design was recommended to me. They were very professional, honest and attentive to my concerns, budget and design interests. I used them to replace my Formica kitchen counters and bathrooms. I purchased beautiful quartz countertops from them and I am so pleased with how it all came out. I highly recommend them!!
It was a real pleasure working with Melissa and her staff at Unlimited Stone Designs. Give Melissa an idea of what you're looking for and she comes up with that and better! Also, they have the best installers, RJ and Bear. Both were professional, polite, perfectionists, and timely. I would highly recommend Unlimited Stone Designs!
