Had a water leak camping down the road and struggled to find the replacement parts at Menards and Lowes. Realize they were up the road they straight up jump into action and built me a custom fix without question. Awesome group out at Unlimited even though I didn't purchase from them. Just helping a fellow RV owner in a time or need 5 out of 5
Brett was amazing walking through the rv and explaining how things worked and answered all of our questions. His wife Heather checked us out with a few purchases; she was knowledgeable as well.
Had what we needed for the rv
I had bought a used 2022 Jayco 5th I got it delivered to the place I wanted to store it and use it but I had plugged in the 5th wheel and the bedroom a/c just blows like a fan and doesn’t get cold and the fridge lights turn on but the fridge doesn’t get cold and the fireplace doesn’t turn on neither does the tv also awning #2 doesn’t even come out so I had contacted them about the issues the next day that they were open and they kept pushing me out after the 30 days I owned it so I couldn’t do the lemon law, and they had tol... read more
Great service. Our walk through was amazing. Brett made sure that we knew all the ins and outs of our new camper. He was able to answer any and all questions we had. He made great recommendations on apps to download to find campsites and parks. Brett was kind and funny through our whole experience. His recommendations on items to purchase for our camper were brilliant.
