In my experience, they don't stand behind their word or contracts. I hired URI to complete remediation work after Hurricane IDA. They couldn't give me a fixed price up front for the work. There was no way I was going to hire an open-ended checkbook, so we signed a contract stating that their payment would be limited to what insurance covered for the remediation.
