If I could offer up negative stars I would -5 out of +5. All I can say is they will tell you they are following protocol only to find out that it is a bold faced lie. They will make commitments to ensure that you will be protected only to do nothing to protect you from the mold but cover it with a sheet of Lowes purchased thing plastic. What a GREAT TEAM of Professionals who can resolve issues with multiple facilities with a full compliment of restoration tools.
