Unable to contact for after sales support
Do not recommend! We purchased solar panels and installation for our home from this company in May 2024. The owner, Alex, promised amazing after market service which is why we went through this company. Unfortunately there have been continual problems with the inverter over the past several months. Alex told us to take photos and videos to show the issues. We have since sent emails and phoned many, many times and have had no response. Alex and the team installed solar and battery on our house 12 months ago now. The team were very professional and fully understood the workings of solar, battery and grid. Our electricity bill for the last 12 months was -$1,200 including 2,000kWh to charge our EV bought 9 months ago. This is down from $2,400 for the previous year. A $3,600 turnaround not accounting for petrol savings. Thanks UPS.
