Fantastic service! Won't go anywhere else Wow! Great prices and customer service. I've been to other pool store in the area and they dont compare to Unlimited Pools. Unlimited Pools did a fantastic job with our pool liner installation. From keeping us informed as to progress with our order to the actual install - they were great! There was a small issue with the order of my liner (not the fault of Unlimited Pools) and they were on the phone with the manufacturer and remedied the problem right away to our satisfaction. I couldn’t be happier with all of their work. I highly recommend them.
We had such an amazing experience with this company. We couldn’t find anyone to actually come out and help us figure out the chemicals we needed to balance our pool. They came to our home and not only ran the test but took the time to explain what was needed. Now we use them for both our pool and hot tub. I recommend this company to anyone who has a pool or hot tub.
Called them 3 times within in 2 week window to get an appointment for our backyard. I was looking to use "the local guy" but if you can't even return my phone call when we are not your customers yet what kind of service will we receive once we are? We got 2 other estimates though far for just under 100000.00 Must be nice not to have the need to even call a potential customer back.
