Christian did an excellent job in repairing my water heater. I like to learn new things so I watched what he did. He was really good about answering all of my questions and explaining what he was doing. It was a good and valuable learning experience, as well, for me. I also discovered a couple of new tools, he used, I might need to add to my tool box. It was a huge relief for Christian to fix the dirty, smelly water coming out of my hot water faucets.
