They performed a service that they couldn’t finish and told me to go somewhere else to finish the job. Add insult to injury, they didn’t even seem apologetic.

Unacceptable Lack of Accountability I brought my foreign car in for an alignment, and the shop accepted the job knowing exactly what kind of vehicle it was. While they completed the alignment, they couldn’t reset the driving stabilization system. When I came back, someone finally admitted they don’t service foreign vehicles and even said that, had they been the one checking it in, they wouldn’t have taken the car at all. I found out about this auto shop at a local BNI networking meeting and decided to take my Audi Q3 in for an oil change & service. I was incredibly impressed with how professional David and the staff are! Not to mention that most shops take advantage of women and I did not feel that way at all.
