We had Unlimited Landscapes handle a fairly extensive project involving both drainage work and landscaping, and they exceeded our expectations in every way. Steve Butler and his team converted and extended drainage lines, addressed water drainage around our home, installed a retaining wall, refreshed landscaping beds, transplanted plants, added new shrubs and mulch, and trimmed our existing landscaping. We went with Unlimited after seeing how knowledgeable and experienced their staff was, but were quickly disappointed with their lack of communication, almost impossible staff to reach, and the fact that we had to constantly remind them that we needed to be scheduled. After our work was “completed”, we had to call the office to remind them they had finished only our front yard landscape and not our back yard. They were hired to replace the lawn around the entire perimeter of my home. It was a big job that took several days, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The installers worked hard to complete everything despite the heat, and the team leader made sure everything was done properly.
