I gave Pablo two three families to do. So 6 units in total. Absolute nightmare. I should have looked for reviews but he walked on my job because he lives down the street. Is not familiar with the code at all. Doesn't use rigid vents for attic so moisture will be a huge issue. Does 3 days of work and then doesn't show up for 2+ weeks. I just fired him and will be finishing the job myself. He literally will make excuse after excuse. Save yourself the headaches and disappointment.
The guy is an absolute FRAUD and NOT LICENSED. Requested R38 fiberglass in my attic. When I went up to check, I saw that his crew peeled the batts in half so I only had R19 or less in half the attic. I am currently in the process of suing him.
Used Paulo when he worked for thermo-shield. He started his own business, so I gave it a shot. 3” of insulation specified in the contract, applied 1/4” in some places, some places applied nothing. I could see the back of the sheathing. Demanded a deposit before he would come back to fix it. Sent his guys to fix it, and still wasn’t right. Told me he’d insulate the bathrooms free but then charged me after I made him fix his other work. OMG i loved the service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They were great while installing my insulation <3. My sister dated the owner so he treated us well.I reccommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A developer in my neighborhood is currently using them and my street is littered with pieces of spray foam. It’s literally everywhere! I was outside picking it up and the driver was in the truck just watching me. I almost went over and threw it in his windshield. This company obviously doesn’t care about the environment or even take measures to prevent and clean the mess they leave behind. Despicable.
