Poor customer service.
Customer service was an absolute joke. We stood there and they walked right by us. We went to the service desk and he wouldn't take his eyes off the computer. He acted like we were bothering him. Very rude. I told my son not to buy from them, but he wanted the bike. I have bought cars trucks motorcycles atvs etc. and never was treated this bad. I can't believe this place is still open.
DO NOT BUY FROM UNLIMITED CYCLE IN TYRONE, PA. Bought a bike from Unlimited from Jude, the Salesman. Confirmed the purchase and put $2,000 down on my credit card - gave them the credit card number which they took. Sent a picture of my drivers license - front and back. Jude assured me the bike was mine. An hour later I get a text, not even a call, that "there might be an issue." Turns out someone else was coming in to look at it. 1- Drove 600+ miles for utter disappointment. 2-Motorcycle prices strict and nonnegotiable. 3- Unable to test ride any motorcycle, only able to start it in showroom... 4-Establishment closed at 6pm...I was asked if I was going to buying the bike because they were closing soon.
